Esplanade office hours (at the Esplanade clubhouse) are Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Chelsea Castro is the new Community Manager for Esplanade as of April 1, 2026. Chelsea will be on-site once per week to oversee community operations, meet with vendors, attend Coffee with the Manager, and ensure the board’s directives are carried out smoothly. Tami Steigely, will be the new Assistant Community Manager for Esplanade @ Sommers Bend effective the week of April 20, 2026. Contact information is (951) 676-0471. Job responsibilities for the Assistant Community Manager include work orders for the Association, taking reports on common area concerns, receiving potential violations from homeowners, assisting with letters sent from the HOA, assisting with the gate system or the fob system, architectural submittals/approvals, initial community set up including Esplanade website, gate directory, providing age verification information and assisting with lifestyle events. The Assistant Community Manager can also assist with clubs, committees, and interest in community involvement. The Assistant Community Manager is backup to the Community Manager if the Community Manager is unavailable.

Community event responsibilities will be shared between the Event Planning Committee and management. The primary contact for community events is the current event Chairperson, Lori Quellman.

Sommers Bend Master Association - All questions, comments and concerns related to the Sommers Bend Master Association including billing for that Association, the amenities located at Sommers Bend, trails, sports parks and meetings for the Sommers Bend Association should be directed to Anna Machado, General Manager.
